emergency situations. Most of the time, military personnel, especially those in the lower ranks, do not have ready money whenever an emergency

able to get loan because of this thing called credit ratings. Their averagely rated pay will not be enough guarantees for banks to lend them money. This
situation is even more difficult on the case of former military people and veterans.
It is a good thing that some agencies of the government are willing to guarantee on the loans of not only the active military people, the guarantee also
extends to the soldiers’ families, retirees and veterans. The soldiers really need this guarantee after all of their sacrifices for the nation. They need a
